As someone who has a pixel 6 Pro, I highly recommend just getting the 6. It's so much cheaper and the Pro has no features that are worth the pricetag over the non pro. If I could do it again, I'd get the pixel 6.

The phone is big on the hands and quite heavy. Be warned. You'll end up missing smaller phone size of 5.7to 6.2 inch screens

Nova launcher is immensely customizable, and I can't recommend it enough. You can move the stock Pixel launcher elements wherever you want, among MANY other options.

Not surprised. When I heard Google "made" the processor I was a skeptic. They never make their own products
Neither does Apple. Samsung is just about the only major company that actually manufactures it's own chips. Even then, they still use a number of parts from different companies. I don't think there's a single phone that is made solely by just one manufacturer.

Pixel 6 on screen fingerprint reader is kind of finky for some. It takes half a second to unlock at times which is super annoying.
A good workaround is to putting the same finger into the identification twice, it actually processes much faster. I have my left thumb twice and it's much faster than the other fingers

Can someone explain this in a little more detail for those of us with slower processors?

Can you pre-order the P6 from Target now? (I found nothing to suggest you could).
How did you do this? Did you call?
I saw nothing about Pixel buds (or lack thereof).

Thanks!
That deal was on pre-order of the Pixel . It is no longer available. Sorry you missed it.

I can't wrap my head around why google would use curved edges. I so hate it on my pixel 2xl (currently using). Not sure if I want another phone with that. Also now pixel 6 has less ram and missing camera. Now having hard time to decide what to get.

How is this phone size compare to S10? I'm still using S10 with otterbox case
I am using S10. Size is little broad and tall on P6. I like the one hand operation on S10 so far.

I replaced screen with Samsung and they reset the phone after that. Phone now runs a lot better. Not sure I would update to a P6 immediately. The SD card and 3.5mm jack and good condition phone are my setback.
May be if i have to upgrade, the next one would be a Pixel 6 or later as Samy not giving any more sd card slots and all phone companies ditched the 3.5mm anyways.

This is the case for apple to, made by tsmc. Nvidia, made by Samsung currently then tsmc now. Amd tsmc. Pretty much the only foundries are TSMC and Samsung. Intel make some of their own stuff but then uses TSMC as well.
And this is not good. I mean, anything that is too big to fail. The American economy putting their egg in one basket.

Bestbuy. They have different ratings for their open box from certified to fair. Fair in my experience just means the packaging is missing or beat up.

Fabs are INSANELY expensive and require very expensive people to run them.

Just to confirm, even though it is unlocked this still will not work on Verizon?
Unlocked will work on Verizon. Has 5G too. It's just missing the 5G mm wave. Writing this on my pixel 6 unlocked with Verizon. 🙂

I'd return it but I already traded in an older phone for the TMobile deal. I like the phone, but those were just some reasons why getting the 6 over the 6 Pro is worth it.
