For some services, yes. You still have your mint number to use in that event if necessary, but it's occasionally a pain. Personally, the only one that really gets me is my chase 2fa, but I have the option to send that to email now which is a reasonable work around albeit with a bit more delay than text. For others like Venmo and Uber it's only a one time setup thing.

I got the same deal in 2020. After using mint for 6 months I just didn't do anything as I didn't need the phone numbers.
I don't know when they actually released the mint numbers but I didn't renew service after the first 6 months so its more than 90 days since the devices came off Mint I would think.

Will I be able to activate Mint service with this B3G3 deal using the same devices?

Yes, I think Mint hold the number for 30 days. If you activate from their website you can just skip giving your IMEI.
