I agree. Did my part and filed the CC Dispute immediately. It seems the guy at FedEx inside walmart wanted to keep the phone for himself...there are many lost packages 📦 during holidays...who cares.

7 days to request a refund, and even then you will likely be denied - from anecdotal reports on reddit. Don't purchase if you're not committed to using it.

I have used mint for a while now and in my area (Albany NY ish) I generally have good service....

FWIW and I am sure I am not the only one to say it but that RECOVERY FEE sounds like a big load of bull $#!t.....

I went to Target my self......

very often disconnects while talking and sometimes making a call and receiving a call is very very slow Frown. sometimes the calls connected after 30 seconds. i don't use the internet much on my phone but it always sucks whenever i tried to use for emergency. i paid for pre-paid for the hole year and was working good for 3months after that it sucks. even after multiple complaints no use. they didn't refund me either cause it is prepaid. i have to suck it for another 7 months cause i can't afford losing money which i already paid.
