You obviously have not seen what some switch games have already started selling for. It can be a totally trash game but you have collectors that want a complete set of physical games and in a year or whenever they realize they are missing this game, they 100% pay insane amounts for it.
It's not a huge gamble either because worst case scenario, if you're buying at discount prices like this game, you will at least be able to recover your initial spend. But when I do end up guessing/buying correctly, I've made ridiculous amounts of $$ doing it with video games, steelbooks and all kinds of different items.
Point being, it's def not just lego's that you can flip for big $$. It works with a variety of items if you know what you're doing.
