There's nothing magical about stain removers. The reason why they work is because you apply them and let it sit for a few hours. You'll get the same results just rubbing your regular detergent on clothes and waiting. That's the real slick deal.

PS: come for the deals, stay for the advice ;D

This is pretty much the cheapest thing you can add to subscribe and save to get to the 5 item 15% off limit... I always use it as a filler if I need to, have a stack by the washing machine

Potty mouth? Did it work?
It was at crazy price $7 when I checked yesterday. Glad it came back down.

This deal isn't getting a whole lot of attention, but I see Amazon claims this bar is currently the "#1 best seller in Laundry Stain Removers."

Does this actually work? I bought one a while ago and never think to use it.

I bought this 2 years ago because somebody told me it was a good way to avoid a poison ivy / poison oak outbreak after messing with weeds etc., and it didn't do any better a job than plain soap. Then I read up on how to avoid poison ivy and the advice to use a rag or washcloth and scrub every part that could have been in contact with anything poison ivy-ish came up repeatedly. That worked, and it doesn't matter what kind of soap is used. Anyway, this is good for laundry stains and is cheap, plus as others have said it's about as cheap a S&S item as you can find to round out 5 items in a S&S order. In for 1.

What do you do with it? Just as a pre-treat? I've read that people will grind it into their own homemade detergent:
https://flusterbuster.com/how-to-...a-for.html

I've never done it, but I like the idea of just using your own water and containers rather than shipping water around the country in jugs.

I grate some into each load and use it to pre treat stains.

We use this to clean baseball pants. This is the standard price though, and is our go to item if we are not hitting our 5 subscribe and save items.

Attention new parents - Fels-Naptha is the cheapest thing you can buy that will clean "blowout" stains. Wet the area, rub this bar on it, and let it sit for a few hours before doing laundry. One bar lasts a long time, too. We bought a bar with our first kid (on the advice of a parent of 4 kids) and it lasted until our second kid was born then bought another. The amount of clothes we've saved/revived is well worth the couple dollars spent.

This is so far the only product I've ever had that effectively removes chain grease from my pant legs. If you bike often, you know what I'm talking about. Worth it for that alone, IMO.

This is great for new parents with blowouts on clothes you want to save, and also for baseball pants/grass stains.

I also use it for greasy spots and sometimes I will use it on rug/carpet stains. Just rub it in it or grind a few pieces and let it sit for a bit then wash as normal.
