I think so. I bought one lifetime membership last year as a gift and they love it. So much that we were waiting for this deal to come back and buy another one. It is pricey though. I would say try it before you commit to it. We like the meditation classes and the sleep stories too.

You can sign up for a free trial on their website and decide if you like it or not. But the free content that other people refer to is not organized in one place like this one is. I think it is more of searching through YouTube videos and channels to find similar content on your own. If there's a free alternative to Calm, i would also like to know.

Is this the most expensive app there is? I mean if it works, it is indeed worth it. Fixing sleep issues would be huge. But dang......
They definitely need a free trial.

This is not the most expensive by far. It's a subscription based, but this is for lifetime. It is normally $5 a month. I keep forgetting to cancel, so that is what I've been paying for a couple of years. Had I bought the life sub, it would have paid for itself already.

Ha I have a few I forget to stop subscribing. I've just never seen a $159 offer for an app before! Even lifetime. Like I said, if it works and just helps with sleep, it's worth it. Why are you going to cancel?
