Better but you need an audio interface to run it. There is another post for a $20 audio interface on front page.

Better sound AND also more reliable.
Blue Snowball, Yeti, Yeti Nano, and other models are pretty infamous for getting broken USB ports. They have not solved this problem in years and probably don't want to.
Some people have bought broken Blue mics in bulk and soldered in new USB ports and flipped them on ebay for a small profit (used to be able to make a fat profit but too many repair shops have gotten into the biz).
Put another way, avoid Blue mics.

Yes. Huge overkill. You'll need a shock mount/mic stand/popfilter and even with that it's still going to pick up annoying background noises due to the nature of being a condenser mic. You'll be much happier using a quality headset as opposed to an external mic setup. If you really want to overkill for fun, at least use a dynamic mic with a tight pattern. I've frequently used a RE-20 into a UA 710 Twin-Finity into a Presonus interface for Teams/Zoom meetings and the vocal quality is better for sure, but it's still going to get compressed enough for it to not matter. I mostly just use a quality headset and that's more than good enough and worth it for the ease of use.

Sure, if you already have an audio interface with 48V phantom power. But if you want something smaller, self-contained, and/or plug-n-play, this is NOT it.

No. This is an XLR mic that requires 48v phantom power. You'll need an audio interface or mixer to be able to connect this to a computer.

How would it compare to Blue Snowball?

sorry, I don't have much knowledge about audio devices. I am looking for a gift for my wife who loves to sing. Is this is a good mic to record on computer? other than audio interface, is there anything more I would need?
or might be better to simply buy the set that I see for streamers?

A stand, a shock mount, and a cable. This mic will do the job. Decent budget mic.
Sweetwater also had a couple of bundles of this mic with audio interfaces for a good price.
I'm hardly an expert, this one isn't a large-diaphragm mic, so the audio quality probably isn't as good, but with four selectable pickup patterns, it would seem more versatile. Comes with a stand, too.
