How would it compare to Blue Snowball?
Better sound AND also more reliable.
Blue Snowball, Yeti, Yeti Nano, and other models are pretty infamous for getting broken USB ports. They have not solved this problem in years and probably don't want to.
Some people have bought broken Blue mics in bulk and soldered in new USB ports and flipped them on ebay for a small profit (used to be able to make a fat profit but too many repair shops have gotten into the biz).
sorry, I don't have much knowledge about audio devices. I am looking for a gift for my wife who loves to sing. Is this is a good mic to record on computer? other than audio interface, is there anything more I would need?
or might be better to simply buy the set that I see for streamers?

A stand, a shock mount, and a cable. This mic will do the job. Decent budget mic.
Sweetwater also had a couple of bundles of this mic with audio interfaces for a good price.
I'm hardly an expert, this one isn't a large-diaphragm mic, so the audio quality probably isn't as good, but with four selectable pickup patterns, it would seem more versatile. Comes with a stand, too.

Better but you need an audio interface to run it. There is another post for a $20 audio interface on front page.

Put another way, avoid Blue mics.

I would consider that spam and I hate those calls.
