There were two other $49 Behringer combo deals posted alongside this one, one with the C-1 mic, UM2 interface, and a pair of headphones [sweetwater.com], and one--now apparently sold out--that came with just the C-1 and the MIC500USB [sweetwater.com] preamp. All three combos offer similar routes to getting mic audio into a computer via USB, but I ended up going with the UM2 bundle for my own use case because:
It can supply 48v phantom power (as can the MIC500USB)
It comes with a pair of budget headphones (although the ones in the Xenyx bundle are more well-reviewed)
The UM2 is a very streamlined unit, drawing all its power via USB (the other two bundles use a separate power cable)
I believe--but cannot verify until I have it in hand--that the UM2 can provide a higher bitrate than the MIC500USB. I also found reviews that compared the headphone support more favorably for the UM2.
I will just be using this to replace an aging Blue Yeti that I use for streaming/Zoom calls/etc. so the UM2 bundle was right for me. But I also have one of the big brothers of the Xenyx mixer that I use for remote projects, and love it. I would say all of the bundles are pretty great deals for what is included, so just determine which one has the components that fit best for your use and go for it.

Edit:
Maybe I should get the UM2 bundle instead???
Edit 2:
Do I need to have this U Controller?

Edit 3:
Is good to buy both bundles? I mean, one for the mixer and the other one for the audio interface and combine both as one big karaoke setup?
Edit 4:
I decided to get this Q802USB mixer instead.
