Carter's has pretty bad customer service, recently did the buy a $100 gift card get a $30 bonus gift card. Turns out the bonus gift card can't be used for almost all of their products. Sent them an email (chat went unanswered) to complain and they said to place an order and they would refund $30, did that and paid cash and they then said the order doesn't qualify. So now I've given them $135 and received no bonus. Bonus card is now expired

How/why did you pay $30 cash. Online order should have been through card - could claim there.

I found the customer service to be very helpful. Ordered $60 worth of baby clothes that ups delivered to a completely different address. Carters sent everything out again with just one phone call. Guess it depends who answers on the level of help you receive
