if you're gonna play it on ps5 get the directors cut, you get the PS5 version (+$10 if you buy this version) and the expansion on disc, which adds another 10-15 hours of play but costs like $20 if you buy this base version. its imo a bit of bait and switch to sell the old version knowing people will have to pay $10-30 to "upgrade".

the directors cut includes everything on disc

Don't care about cutting edge graphics but is the PS4 edition good enough to experience the gameplay and story on a PS5 ?

Huh? This includes a deal on the PS5 Director's Cut. It's normally $70 on PS5. $20 off is a deal.

Wait...why would the PS5 version be $10 more? Doesn't the PS4 version automatically download the PS5 performance patch if you're on PS5? At least the regular version did, or was that increased frame rate only?
