This is not a SD
Prior $170 prices were for refurbished stock, $200 deal was for military/vets, this is sale price seen before that's come back.

so many negative reviews on amazon said the call quality sucks. If you'll be using it primarily for conference calls, think twice.

Calling BS. I have owned these headphones for months now. The noise canceling does not cut out gas motor noises. They do not protect your ears from loud noise. They do not block police and ambulance sirens. You can hear people speaking if they're in front of you.

If you want to listen to something while using loud motor tools, consider 3M worktunes which are significantly cheaper than these noise canceling headphones, at $40+, and would actually protect your hearing.

you are stupid as they actually removed like 99.9 percent of all the noise all I hear is music. I dont care about peoples reviews, mine was excellent. I even had my gf come outside, put it on her head and she was like wow. they are worth it.

I have a riding lawn mower and I bought them just for this. I dont hear anything with them on and music playing with noise cancelation on. suck it. these replaced my AirPods pros which removed like 90% of it. but kept falling out when I got sweaty. these Sonys are amazing.

they serve the purpose perfectly. if they wasn't good, I would return or flip them for profit. but they are good so these are now just my riding lawn mower headphones for yard work.

edit. theres no way in hell I would wear those stupid looking things.

I don't know what's wrong with your pair. I have had these for months now and mow my lawn w/a riding mower. The external noise gets cut out and I hear my music or podcast content easily.

Maybe you should return your pair that isn't working for you as it's a big investment. If I encountered your situation, I'd return that in a heart beat.

I have the MDR-1000x, which are great but does not offer the APP-controlled options. I have read all the reviews and missed it the first time. This time, I jumped on it and got it at Best Buy.
Feel just as good or better than my original ones. the noise cancellation is great. I have had no issues using for music or teams. Will keep old ones at home for "hybrid work days" and M4's in my backpack for travel.

No headphone on the market competes with noise cancellation + comfort than the...

Quiet Comfort lol
