I ordered Friday night, no email or shipping information yet either. The order shows up in my account on their website but that's all I have. 50/50 expecting to have to contact them for an update and then expecting this to get canceled.... used PayPal just in case.

The opposite happened to me. Got the hub but not the mini. Currently on "live chat" with them on Facebook.

After speaking to the "escalated support team," they sent out the Hub so I now have both items. It does seem a little odd that we both had similar experiences with the items not both shipping out though. 🤔 I'm not sure I'll be using their site again.

Did they ask you how your wifi was? For some reason, it feels like they forgot an item on purpose to get me to call and try to sell me services. Very weird feeling I'm getting from this phone call...

Yes, I got the same feeling from them. I just kept repeating my question and ignoring their sales pitch type questions. I guess I was aversive enough for them to send out the item and get me off the phone. I'm glad I used PayPal because this definitely seems like a site that would give you mystery charges later on.

Both my hub and mini were in the box for me thankfully, but yeah definitely weird the same thing happened to two people in this thread alone.
