I've ordered Olukai's from shoes.com before and they were drop-shipped directly from Olukai. They are really well known for their flip flops. I've never tried their sneakers but at this price, may be worth a try.

Edit: Some of the reviews on Zappos say that these run small and a bit narrow in the toe box.

Shoes.com is the worst. Don't even try with their customer service. Wanna test it out…call their number. They've shut it down so you have to email them and they don't even answer your email. Buyer beware, if you don't know your size and what you're ordering perfectly don't bother. And even then last time I ordered I got what was obviously a returned pair shoes. Leather was scuffed and creased.

I have several of their shoes. They're prefect for business casual. I wear them all the time. The insoles are super comfortable. I wear a 12 or 13 usually and the 12s fit me perfect.
