I think this is a good deal based on the fact that I own it, I'm very happy with it, and the $1139 price I paid is now down to $999 for black friday. Picture quality is really good. Tv is bright. Upscaling is good. Motion is good. I can't vouch for the sound as I've got it hooked up to my own sound setup, but I can't complain about the image quality. I'm using a Nvidia shield pro with it so I can't really vouch for the smartcast O.S, but I've owned it for a couple of months now and I don't have anything really bad to say about it.

ViZio os does suck and their constant updates along with my fire tv updates causes glitches that require restarts at time. But I'd be lying if I said the picture quality sucks.

I'm hoping for the 85 to nose dive in price but it doesn't look like that'll happen
