The hatred for W+ only deals seems odd given that no one bats and eye when there are Amazon Prime exclusive deals.

Why Walmart+ members only? This is new shit retailers have started. Like subscription model hating on consumers. So you pay $99+$498 !?

You could just subscribe for the month instead of for a year.

Yeah I'm skeptical of it being the Walmart brand. I've had a poor experience with my last vizio only lasting about 3year before picture getting dim in the top 1/3rd of screen.

Believe it or not, if you have a Wal Mart near you, I could not recommend the Walmart+ Membership more. It is amazing. Super convenience and they substitute in larger items if the size you ordered is not in stock (i.e. giving 2 dozen eggs for the same price as a dozen)

Also the free shipping at WalMart.com with no minimum is great and they actually deliver most things the next day. It's faster than Amazon typically. Wal Mart is going hard trying to compete with Amazon and the consumer is winning. Give it a shot

i agree with this 100%! walmart loses more money on me, than i pay them. Smilie i find myself buying more everyday things with W+ free 2day shipping(i usually get it within 1 day), becuase they are still pre covid prices for the most part. not the scalpers at amazon. to each their own, but i enjoy the service

it is not only $99. Alternatively, there's a $12.98 monthly amount for the same exact service. You basically save more if you opt for 12 months which is subjective. It not for everybody.

If you basically shop there and are able to take advantage of the delivery service and other exclusive limited time sale and other applicable relevant perks mentioned on Walmart homepage from Nov 20 to Dec 20, then $12.98 is NOT a bad purchase. Walmart plus subscription model isn't like BBY's ie $200 for 1 year membership for specific perks which lots of folks are not happy, esp with the high in demand item like PS5 for instance. Of course, not Apple-Apple comparison here.

Walmart plus is not a bad subscription service to begin with. I'm happy that there's a monthly option available just so I could use it just NEED it for the holiday only like Amazon Prime has had offer theirs.

BBY? My Goodness, entirely different discussion.

$$398+tax+$13 isn't too bad afterall
I think they offer video and music service

Do you tip? If so how much extra a year do you think it is for Walmart+ and tipping? We do Walmart pickup but I'd consider them dropping it off
In my area, DoorDash delivers for Walmart. I always tip with very few exceptions although it is not mandatory. They are driving the groceries from Walmart to your home. The only time I don't tip is when I order something for shipping and DoorDash delivers it because it is in stock at my local store. I haven't seen the option to tip in this instance but 2 day shipping is free on alot of items with Walmart plus.

I think Walmart plus is a good value. I use them once or twice a week solely because they deliver for free. I don't mind tipping when they are saving me time and fuel. It is one of the few places that stock the milk that I drink and I mostly get dry goods from them. I don't allow substitutions because I never have good luck with them.. Their substitute choices are way off and I don't want WM store brands. I go to the butcher for my meat and Aldi's for produce. Sometimes I go to other stores for produce but I don't buy it from WM. I am very picky about produce and their shoppers don't have the same standards.

Was $480 via Costco last Black Friday with 5 year warranty. But this is still a good price. I bought this tv last year and it's been pretty good. Picture quality is great for sports and movies but for some reason on Netflix some movies have a weird foggy picture quality that's annoying. I believe this is hdmi 2.1 and has local dimming. It also has Apple TV for iPhone owners so you can easily mirror things to the tv from your iPhone. For the price, I'm happy with my purchase but again sometimes it has this weird distorted fog when viewing certain movies. If you wind up getting this tv make sure you play with the settings and turn off the energy saver mode it makes the tv much more responsive- there were people that returned the tv for that issue.

I would just be careful of the lack of warranty or buy one. Looks like it's just 90 days for this one.

We must be looking at a different walmart... My walmart does not ship milk or egg. Pickup only. What's the trick to get them to ship egg? (I am in NY)

The 70" will be $498, by this logic, the 50-inch version should be $300, but it won't be.

The $480 one at Costco last BF was the H-Series (2020) w/ 3 year mfg warranty.

The one in this thread is the J-Series (2021). Both are entry-level with no HDMI 2.1 and no local dimming. This J-Series (2021) comes with a one year warranty... not 90 days... you are misreading the warranty info.
