"We're sorry! At this time we are unable to complete your order because you have exceeded the maximum number of purchases and/or transactions allowed."
I talked to the support team via chat but they are not helpful at all.

SAMSUNG has the worst customer service.
The CSA can literally say NO to anything
They DO NOT UNDERSTAND what you tell them
I have had such a hard time explaining SAMSUNG TV UPGRADE to them

I picked up the i5/8/256 Pro in Blue to hold me over. I want the fully loaded 15" Navy 360 but I think we might see better in the spring from a pure cash perspective. I currently need $200 in Samsung bucks like I need a hole in my head. 😄

Think it's buried in there some where 200 off and 350 trade in credit for some older phones and tablets.

I just got the S7+ and a pair of the buds 2 for 360 and a pixel 3 (-350 trade in + edu discount)

This used to happen because of paypal, direct card purchase fixed it for me when I had same issue ~ 2 years back.

Right now logging into EPP increases prices a lot for me, say about 75% more than what the sale price should be (dual spin jet mop_, some are only 5-10% off list price. ​

I think this is related to the number of outstanding trade-ins you have with Samsung, or more specifically, the total dollar amount that is pending based on those trades. I had this issue when I bought multiple phones and had over $1000 in trade-in credit "in process." As soon as the trade-in process completed on those, it went away.
