Been watching via CCC and jumped on this. I have the "pre-freeze" cuisinart which is "okay" — produces reasonable ice cream, wasn't very expensive, but takes up freezer space and requires planning 24hrs+ in advance, and then can only make one batch every other day.

Looking forward to on-demand ice cream. Too bad the instant co2 ice cream
Machines aren't safe or available for home use!

The CO2 machine would just be a tank of liquid CO2. No machine necessary. Similar ingredients, I'd assume, as well. Now, to find a tank delivery service…

Awesome deal, I have this exact same ice cream maker. Super convenient since I had the freezer bowl version before. I save more space in my freezer now.

It's the best. I have used many other pre freeze ice cream makers. Nothing comes close. The only planning you need to do it for your ingredients. Ice cream is ready in 30-60mins depending on how much you make. I am never going back to pre freeze. I recommend getting the ice cream storage boxes with this.

Been watching this item for years but it was always $300 to $400 ish. This is the lowest I've ever seen. I'm in for 2, one as a gift, one for me and the wife.

Now, any pointers to good recipes?
