This model is fantastic. It's so versatile because you can shred blocks of cheese or veggies with it straight out of the box. You're saving anywhere from $40 to $60 for that attachment. Also it's so much easier to use than the professional plus because you can just tilt the head up to change out the beater or whisk. With the professional plus you have to remove the bowl to take off the attachment.
Looks like the teal and silver sold out already. The red is the only color left.
