I got these for the same price and same time last year. I don't use it everyday. The sound is good but the mic seems to be lacking when people hear you on the other end.

Exactly my thoughts. Mic sucks compared to other headsets, so I don't use it. Ended up giving it to a family member.

I'd pass on this if you usually group chat with friends on mic.

Had 3 of these headsets back to back. The adhesive on one of the earcups always fails.

I took a shot on these the last time they were this price. For the price I'm pleased with them. No complaints from friends on mic volume. The headset was a little tight at first on my head, clamping down on my ears. The ears have a metal part that allowed me to slowly bend the ears pieces out. Now they fit good and give me no fits for gaming or virtual meetings. I love the physical mute button.

This. You need to bend the metal pieces out a bit for a much more comfortable fit. Made a night and day difference. At least for us big headed folks

I loved them at first and they were good for a while but apparently there's some issue with the dongle and randomly windows will not recognize the driver and labels it as some weird generic garbage. For me this took a few months. Online I've seen some people say they had it for years before it happened and some poor souls had it less than 2 weeks. Even if you manually install the right one it will either not work or reset it again. Only 'solution' is to get corsair to send you a new dongle if they're feeling like it. Ultimately not happy with the purchase and not recommended.
