Does anyone have a corporate store anywhere near them? I seem to only have Authorized Dealers near me, and no corporate stores even in my state (NY). Am I reading the map wrong? I've been hesitant with past deals to go to the authorized dealers (especially as I'm looking to take the whole family there and am looking for that special deal).
look at their website for locations and then use filter to filter out by choosing corporate stores

When I do that, I only get authorized dealers near me (and if I extend it statewide I still don't see any CS). Is this with trying with AD, it will it be too much of a pain? Especially for four lines?

If not too far away, you may give it a try. Not all ADs are shady. My nearest AD charged me $20 more for N10 than CS. Not too bad.

Some reported any phone is fine. Some said the phone needs to be worth $10 in their system. YMMV.

Update, some in the nokia x100 thread have reported phone discount is different after trade in, although their website advertise free phone (x100) with trade in on $25/month plan. If trade in agreement is signed, there is no way to cancel that. If you intend to use metro service, trade in can bring down monthly pay, it can be a good deal. Otherwise, I don't recommend trade in, just take the $60 plan.

Went to a corporate store and these were my options: do the $100 a52 port in for $60/month, trade in a phone for the 25/month deal, or trade in the phone for 25/month plus buy the a52 for $200 plus get a $100 visa giftcard after 3 months of service. The last option was a no brainer for. They said there wasn't a value minimum for the trade in phone but were very strict on what service you are porting from. I ported from straighttalk with ATT network and they said this was not working for some straighttalk customers (they probably had straighttalk with tmobile). I think this is one of the best budget price phone+service promos around if you are able to qualify.
Edit: thinking back I think the one thing I could have done to make this sweeter was to trade in a throwaway phone since apparently theres no value minimum. I traded in a phone that sells for at least $100 on ebay.

When I checked with a local corporate store, they offered only two options for A52: port-in + $100 + $60 monthly, or $200 (with $100 back via gift card)+$25 monthly. Just to re-confirm, they also gave you a $100 + port-in + trade-in + $25 monthly plan for A52? Which corporate store was that? If that's true, then I'm gonna go back to the store and return my OnePlus N10 (which I traded in) and ask to replace with A52.

I want to port my family plan of 5 lines from Cricket to Metro in order to get 4 A52 phones and tethering for at least 1 of the lines.

What's the best way to do that since it's limit 2 per account/household for the $400 rebate?
line1 > $400 rebate = $100
line2 > $400 rebate = $100
line3 > Byod (since the sis in law wants to keep her iphone) hoping there's some kind of credit or something there.
line4 > how much would an A52 cost?
line5 > how much would an A52 cost?

original plan was to get all 5 lines onto the $60 plan = $150.
Could I use those trade in a phone deals to get the A52 for lines 4 & 5 and still be on the same combined account?

Other idea was to maybe split the family plan to first 4 lines(since 4th line is free for $60 a month plan) do 1 trade in on that account, and then 5th line would be using the trade in with $25 plan to get an A52 if that's available?

If you are looking for the most economic solution, it's probably better to have your sis open another account. Port in gives you discount on phones, 2 per household. Trade in gives you discount on plan, $60->$25. This way, you would be able to get 4 lines on $25 unlimited plan and 4 discounted phones. You can attach the 5th line to any of the account for $30 monthly. This line could be your sis without getting a new phone.
In some stores, trade in is not compatible with $400 off. You may have to pay more than $100 for A52. YMMV. In the long run, since your monthly cost is lower (4x$25+$30), it will cost you less.
I am assuming you have 4 phones to trade in, if not, you can get some used phones from ebay for cheap. I traded in a very old phone with cracked screen without problem.
