A great price, but few need this much RAM, let alone in a laptop.

It would be glorious though. Maybe use it for a ramdisk.

This could also be used in some mini PCs, although again, few need that much RAM.

Acctually there're some pretty powerful mini PC systems can make use of short dim RAM sticks like Asrock X300 or Zotac Magnus One.

I love how comments get voted down here. Generally, the more downvotes I get, the more I know I'm right.

A NUC is rarely going to need this much RAM too. People, don't but 32 or 64gb of RAM just because it's cheap. Do so if you're editing video, running a bunch of VMs, or making 3D models. There are relatively few people doing this. Even if you're a power user, 16GB is going to be plenty for most people. A power user who doesn't want to quit all his programs and then play a big game could use 32GB. That's about it.

So I'm currently building a PC. Ryzen 9 5950x w/ RTX 3090. I haven't figured out the other parts yet, RAM, MEMORY, POWER , etc.

Would this RAM work? Need help building the rest.

This seems really cheap to 64GB so I'm assuming it's more on the lower end of RAM? 🤷🏻 ♂️
