The Salesperson that I spoke to said she had put in a request for cancellation per my request. If I don't get an email from them in a day or two confirming the cancellation, I'm planning to file a chargeback case manually.

FWIW: my Omen 25L w/3060TI was originally estimated to ship Dec 14, but I just suddenly got an email saying it shipped today (2 weeks ahead of original estimate)

Cancelled my order on Saturday thru chat, but didn't receive any cancellation email. I followed back with them yesterday morning and it got cancelled last night

Just received an email today, my cancellation got approved as well. They refunded it back, wish there was a law I would have charged them 5% interest back for borrowing.

cancelled my order as well based on the feedback in this thread. No way I am letting a company hold close to $2K on my money for an item that might not even ship on the stated time which the end of Dec. How ridiculous HP sales policy is.

Yeah i don't think most of these orders will ship till after January. They shouldn't be charging till they build the system.

welcome to the club of hell..... looks like its a big problem for people including myself. ive been on hold for 4+ hours in total, 4+ calls, not once could i get to a supervisor.

delayed multiple times and even after being told my PC was build over the phone, what do you know, one day before my delivery date i get the magical email of " supply constraints" and pushed back to dec 16th........ i ordered it oct 22nd.

seems theyre taking a bunch of orders knowing they cant produce.

i received a nice email saying they cancelled my order last night, didnt even ask them to do that.

Lucky I got out quickly and landed a great deal at iBuyPower. I had posted the deal few days ago, couldn't be happier. Got $50 bucks amazon gc in email, applied $50 off with coupon and $33 worth of coupon in ibuypower account. All is all I got it for a $100 or so cheaper than HPs deal.

I ordered 11/28 (5800x and 3080) and had an estimated ship date of 12/31. My status updated last night to shipped but the fedex tracking isn't yet active. After reading the posts in this thread expected it to be shipped by maybe February but maybe I got lucky (or HP messed up and I'll get another email later to say it is cancelled).

Me too also ordered 5800x with 3080 on Nov 26th and got shipping confirmation today with tracking, did not expect that the system would ship before holidays.
