Well, it depends on what you want. I wanted something to wipe my floor with a wet rag twice a week. - - MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Grey Mop rag, but I do see dirty water when I wash out the rag in the white bathroom sink w my fels naptha!

With Lidar, and room divider on app, it's smart enough to Mop the kitchen and bathroom without going into the carpeted living room.

Compared to something that cost over $400, this definitely has faults! It's loud, (we feel that talks too much but found how to lower the speech volume in the app, and only empty the Dustbin every third day because that feature is incredibly loud), I found it drips a few drops of water occasionally even when the mop feature is off, it did not adjust with daylight savings time so I had to turn off cleaning and turn it back on in the app to get it to work.

Personally, I am picky about walking on barefoot floor, and I feel kitty litter is a nightmare, and it does miss a crumb here and there, but gets most of it! My husband was against spending money on these things and said "our floors have never been cleaner" (he was vacuuming/steam mopping once weekly)

So overall, we are not ready to spend over $500 and something to clean a rental home. This is the perfect compromise, and I'm happy with what it can do. It vacuums our foyer/guest bath/kitchen/laundry room daily, mops twice weekly, and vacuums living/dining room once weekly. I manually pick it up and carry it upstairs to vacuum every other week, find the map in the cleaning history (you can go back at least 3 weeks... I don't know if more) and so it does the upstairs too.

It vacuums better than the eufy (this is 2700pa vs 2000 on eufy, wish these robots could do the stairs!
I currently have both this ihome and the wyze robots at home. I'm going to return one and have been leaning towards keeping the ihome. Yesterday my wife and kids were wrapping presents and got glitter all over the place so it was a good test for both. Both couldn't completely suck up all the glitter from my tile floors. I still had to bring out the normal vacuum. The wyze has a lower suction rating but was louder and the air that came out of the rear vent felt stronger. Cleaning-wise I didn't feel one was better than the other. Both failed at getting all of the glitter and appear to achieved similar levels of cleaning. Now I have to decide if the self-empty gimmick is worth $50.

For the app, the ihome app was easier at defining rooms, lets you spot clean, allows for control of the vacuum with a d-pad (also has a remote with d-pad) The wyze app has some restrictions on dividing up a room (divider lines can only anchor to exterior walls) and no spot cleaning...
Bought at 269, returned due to poor mopping, couldn't find home on many occasions, lost connection more then once and had to manually restart multiple times.

I noticed it has disposable trash bags. Is there any reason to use them? Can't I just pick up the bin and empty it into a trash bag? I have no idea where to buy this thing's disposable bags either.

Holy smokes the reviews for it's app are so bad! Seems there is zero support for this product from manufacturer and nowhere to buy replacement parts and disposable bags. Yikes.

Pro: self emptying ! (Some time needs self cleaning) Does good job at vaccume.
Didn't tried mopping!
Cons: loud, issue with loosing wi-fi, need resting in app more often, sometimes stuck in high carpet.
Return this due to losing connection more often from app and loud noise!!

Strange. Mine works great: cleans well and doesn't stuck
The only problem I had with it is having mop on a carpet. It gets frustrated during some backward movements, so I had to remove the mod and it finished successfully

I own it for a month and happy with it so far

I have only used for vacuuming and never mop. It does great for my carpet and bare floors. Has auto empty and lidar where are you going to find that for this price? Does as good a job as the $800 and up models and I have tried most. Parts are cheap just look up parts for Prosenic M7 pro. Only downside is brush design gets lots of hair tangles.

Yup, they do! I bought this about 2 weeks back for $269 and they refunded $20. No questions asked.
