Last time this came I did some research and many people complain of an unfixable buzzing that occurs after some time. Take a look before you buy

$80 should be a regular price now, it seems to drop to $80 every other month. $70 would be slick..

I've had mine for 3+ years now w/ daily use and haven't experienced any buzzing. It's been a great 2.1 system with decent bass for its size.

I bought these a while back. They weigh a "ton" if that means anything. But the itty-bitty volume knob makes it really difficult to adjust the volume to a good level.

It was $70 twice, but the last 2 time has been $80. I'm waiting for it to hit $60 by BF but it doesn't look like it's happening. Bought it originally at $100 first time around but as the price keeps dropping, I had no choice but to return it. That and also the speakers doesn't have a power button and it uses 15w on idle according to my Kasa smart switch

Anything comparable minus the big subwoofer? I love mine but want to reclaim the space the subwoofer takes up

I bought a set a month ago and love it. For the sound and price point you can't beat it. Only catch is there's no turn off switch. So I ordered an outlet foot pedal switch to turn it off at my desk off Amazon.

Anyone use this as a TV soundbar replacement? Is the sound comparable to a similar 2.1 soundbar?

I can agree the original versions of this setup did weigh a ton. They had a good amp and were built better. I got another set years later and it weighed about half of the older set. I'm guessing they cheapened up all the internals of the amp but I never opened it up to look. The satellites also went from 3.5mm jacks in the back of them to pre wired internally to the speakers.
