so after spending ~$100 sending it back, they never send the TV back and they no longer take my calls or stating they didn't receive it or it was not covered whatever... since it was over 3 month, i couldn't get it back from credit card...
i'd recommand against buying it
Look at every high end LED TV and see what kind of panel it has.
You should inform yourself before you post useless comments.....
IPS ("In-Plane Switching") are best for gaming and have better viewing angles.
VA (Vertical Alignment) have better color accuracy and contrast ratio but narrow viewing angles.

Don't think twice about that. Element is absolute trash.

Vizio is far better than Element.

Really depends on what kind of content you watch. For watching/streaming movies/tv shows VA is generally preferred because you will generally get better contrast. If you watch a lot of sports, IPS might be better due to better viewing angles. Then of course there's mini-LED and OLED which have it all.
IPS are far superior screen color quality. The viewing angle from are good from any angel.
VA only look good if you're viewing from straight ahead, colors could be more muddy.
Hahaha. No way. VA is significantly better than IPS. VA also looks perfectly fine from pretty much any angle. It's hilarious when people try to use the viewing angle argument. What kind of crazy angels are you watching your TV from? IPS has god-awful black levels and contrast, which is incredibly important. As far as colors go, they're almost identical. You're just regurgitating what you've read from other people who don't know any better.
Thanks, tempting offer though..

I signed up for a redcard to get the 5% discount and it came out to $568.98 total including tax and fees
It's cool, do you recommend good sources like I responded to another user?, Few of you guys stated the same thing. I'd like to learn what you guys have.
My personal collection of IPS monitors and one of my TV's look preferably better over my VA monitors and TV's. Even if you guys say VA is better. I'm not here to argue, I'm here to learn grow and read new sources from wherever you guys learn that VA are superior over IPS. 👍
My CC gives me an additional year so for 550 and a 3 yr warranty not a bad deal.
If it goes bad after two years CC usually just cut you a check so 2 yrs from now
If it goes bad I'll get a check and buy myself a 100" when those go down to $550 lol 😂
Which credit card? I have several but haven't really read up on which one is best for purchases like this one.
No composite. Has ARC

A decent place to see a comparison of the 2 is rtings https://www.rtings.com/tv/learn/i...-vs-va-lcd, but there are loads of other articles I'm sure. However, it also matters on the quality of the panel itself and the backlighting. A full array local dimming set of either type is a big plus and will easily help move one panel above the others with edge or direct backlighting.
For me, a VA panel with full array local dimming is the way to go, even above OLED. But that's because I am a gamer, and don't want to risk burn in (though a few Mortal Kombat health bars would make some movies hilarious). I just picked up a Hisense U7G and it's been a huge upgrade from my old Samsung 6000 series.
