Considering that the 11800h released 2Q/2021, these are most likely restocks or open boxes held back for a large BF promotion. There's seems to be a very large inventory.

Although marketed as "certified refurbished", I highly doubt these have ever been shucked.

I guess you can add another 8GB DDR4 so it's a good entry level gaming laptop.

Any reason why it wouldn't? It's been awhile since i've bought from Dell outlet, but i'm prety sure it registers as 'Dell' as the merchant?

Assuming the Amex $120/599 works, thoughts on this vs. the Walmart MSI deal?

I would love it if it did I would jump on this in a second but the terms of the Amex deal say it won't work with outlet.

and yes this g15 is better than the $599 Walmart MSI across the board. better CPU, better GPU, 120hz screen vs 60hz, 2 m2 slots instead of 1 M2 and 1 sata (MSI). if this was a straight dell.com deal and not a Dell outlet I'd pop my $120 Amex deal on this. but I'm guessing the Dell outlet rings with a different merchant code and Amex likely wouldn't honor the purchase since it's specific stated in the T&C
