Considering that the 11800h released 2Q/2021, these are most likely restocks or open boxes held back for a large BF promotion. There's seems to be a very large inventory.

Although marketed as "certified refurbished", I highly doubt these have ever been shucked.

I would love it if it did I would jump on this in a second but the terms of the Amex deal say it won't work with outlet.

and yes this g15 is better than the $599 Walmart MSI across the board. better CPU, better GPU, 120hz screen vs 60hz, 2 m2 slots instead of 1 M2 and 1 sata (MSI). if this was a straight dell.com deal and not a Dell outlet I'd pop my $120 Amex deal on this. but I'm guessing the Dell outlet rings with a different merchant code and Amex likely wouldn't honor the purchase since it's specific stated in the T&C
