Just make sure you get a good look at the inside and verify any future GPU or other parts will fit and be compatible.
I doubt HP used a normal ATX board and instead used some proprietary monstrosity with zero room for future upgrades.
A family member recently bought a pre-built and it had 16GB of RAM, but only one stick. So single channel/rank. Not a deal breaker but having 2x8GB is obviously preferred.
EDIT: This PC has a proprietary PSU and MOBO and future upgrades will be difficult if not impossible. Please keep that in mind.

I agree you could get more for less money in years past. But with supply chain issues and part shortages this is actually a good deal by today's standards.
