I tried ordering iPhone 11 on promotion from Cricket 3 times a few months ago. Was loyal Cricket user for years. All my iPhone 11 Cricket orders were canceled, my ports were canceled. I HATE Cricket's ecommerce site now...just the worst.
Same with Kroger. Tried to buy Cricket / ATT cards on Kroger, multiple orders got canceled, despite different credit cards.
I will NEVER waste time with Kroger or Cricket again. The worst businesses. I have zero issues buying from any other e-commerce site.
Update: I found one on ebay for $10. Seemed about as cheap as I could find
If I buy a $75 card, and only use $60 of it and stop paying the account. What happens to the remaining $15 on the card? Does cricket eat it or does it remain in my account?

If you put $75, then yes, the other $15 is on your Cricket account and stays there.
