Just got an email from Microsoft inviting me to buy the XBox X available in limited quantities on Microsoft Online Store.

You have to bundle a game and a controller and it all came out to $720.
I was able to buy one for the delivery date of 12/22

Why does OP say 720? Mine offer was 500 console, choice of controllers which I picked the 59.99 red one, and choice of games which I picked the cheapest which was GTA V premium edition for 29.99. Total was 589.99. I didnt go through with the purchase since I already have a Series X, was just testing it out.

I was thinking of trying to figure out a way to flip this, but decided the add ons make the profit margin too low and/or too much hassle. The game is tied to your account as well so cant be resold.

Tempted to get this. My plan was to wait for the 2nd revision of the X. Hopefully a revision with a larger hard drive. Sort of like how the One S came out with a 2TB hard drive.

I got the email exactly a week ago and I've tried every day to get one. Always an error code. When I talked to customer support they said it was because it's out of stock. Maybe I'll try customer support multiple times until I get a different answer?

They put some of the bundle items to match their sale prices. When I purchased a week ago the cheapest was $589. Now the controllers are $50 and gta is $15. Was $60 and $30 when they first sent these out. My bundle last week was $599 with Diablo 2 which is now $10 cheaper going to try and get the difference refunded.

I think game and controller price were dropped yesterday, so if you pick the cheapest ones after that, then 565.97 something.
(I ordered one in the morning and found the price change in the afternoon and asked PM.)

Still I hate their game selections and if you have all of them, then even can't buy hardware since it's directly added to the account.

I think OP may include higher end option like elite controller or Madden + tax. Bundle is required to have a game and a controller, and the cheapest are not go over $600 before tax.
