Through the app, the Osmo Mobile 3 only allows you to film up to 1080p at 30 fps. I have a Samsung S20+, which is capable of 8K at 24 fps, 4K at 60 fps (or 30 fps), and so on... The app used to support 1080p at 60 fps, but it was removed in an update last year.
You can record max res/max fps, but you won't be able to use the tracking features.
I love Dji products, just not this one.

I believe that price is for the base only model on Amazon (not the combo which includes other items like the tripod base).
