When they initially fixed the issue all they did was instead of using a metal screw they used a plastic screw. That doesn't actually fix the problem because assuming someone else uses the case in the future and they aren't aware of that and they go back to using a metal screw they will inevitably have a short to ground which will lead to a fire again.
