I have this but this is not as comfortable. Most people have only tried one option and vouch for what they use. I also have the VR cover extra padding, but this is too heavy though it's convenient to come with headsets.
Facts
* it's more comfortable than the stock fabric strap.
* it's very convenient that it comes with headsets. (and this is the only reason I use DAS).
* it's very heavy; so it gets hot and I assume you will add even extra weights for the extra battery pack.
* speakers will pop out open from time to time (easy to fix but search loose deluxe audio strap)

This is the most comfortable setup I've used for my quest 2. I've tried the stock, the deluxe, one from Amazon that I don't remember, and then one my friend had that I don't remember. There definitely could be something better, but for this price with headphones, I doubt it.
This one is heavy, but I prefer it. It keeps it stable on my head much better than others. I don't notice it getting hot and my head gets hot quite easily. Honestly I don't think there's anything I'd change. I'm a big fan.
"Nice" find. Lowest price in a long time. I'm still rocking the original Quest and wanted an upgrade before the next headset comes out. Grabbed an adapter off Amazon as well (I don't have a 3D printer).
Not sure if it's still available but bought used very good from Amazon Warehouse and it qualified for the additional 20% off making it just over 50 bucks
Bought this for my quest 1 a year or so ago but returned it. I had printed the adapters to use it but didn't like the weight or how tight I needed to lock down the halo strap to get prevent the quest from slipping down since it's so front heavy. I think weight rebalancing works better for quest models and having a battery pack on the back strap. The speaker setup were the only thing I liked really instead of putting a headset on or short ear phone. (Not the audio quality)

Going from the Quest 2 deluxe to this head band using some 3d printed adapters I printed... this is way more comfortable to me. It's less likely to break (big problem with the Quest band). It's heavier, but considering it has headphones and most of the weight is at the back this is a non issue to me. My over ear headphones with the deluxe strap was heavier. I'll agree about the speakers popping open, that can depend on how wide your head\ears are as to how often this will happen to you.
