We have this air mattress and love it. The head rest is a nice feature so your pillows don't fall off the back.

Just picked it up. The staff was making sure it cannot be returned if it has been opened. It can be exchanged due to issue though. You can return it if it was not opened.

No, you can't once open. BUT use your RedCard for 120 day EXCHANGE period. I have a chat log showing I was told the wrong info, to force a return if needed though.
