Having all kinds of issues with their website. Some orders are going through, but most recently are not. My credit card is being charged full amount, but my order history only indicates tax being charged, and Qty is "0". Order numbers are being assigned. I am either going to get 5 identical items or zero.
do we need to use a credit card that doesn't charge a foreign transaction fee to order from their outlet website? What about using Paypal to stack with 5% chase freedom cashback - will that tack on a foreign transaction fee? Anyone has any earlier experience? Thanks!

i used my BOA cash rewards card to buy from their outlet last year and it charged me a fee. i called BOA to ask about it and got them to remove the fee
no where on the outlet does it say anything about a foreign transaction fee
I checked out with an expensive item not on the exclusion list and had the coupon apply the whole way through. After I checked out it announced it had billed me at full price. Customer service e-mail sent, hopefully they fix it for me!

I have had the discount show up in the cart, but then the server times out during the checkout process.
I've tried various browsers, some private and some not.
If this is an issue on their end, hopefully they will get it resolved soon.
