how do you chat Target to get them to adjust the price? did you have to order then call for the price match?

I just tried that and was turned down. The Target agent took the UPC and did a search at Walmart. She came up with nothing because Walmart doesn't even list the UPC. Good grief!

When I price matched in chat, I gave them a link to the movie on Walmart's site. They looked at it and refunded the difference after they had me place the order.

I did that too, but Jennifer was a hard ass and just used the UPC number in the search box on Walmart.com which came up with nothing. She then said they were not identical based on that and said a price match wasn't possible.
