Nightmare experience. Bought 1, system crashed. They looked at one gift card noticed the numbers on back of card were they same and tried to refund, system crashed and rebooted 4-5x. Have to wait for the manager tomorrow for a refund....

I was at my local DG at 7:30 AM yesterday to get in on this deal. I grabbed 7 Lowe's GCs and proceeded to the register. I mentioned to the cashier we may want to do separate transactions, so she said she would break it down into two different sales. The first 3 x $500.00 went smoothly. The second sale, 4 x $500.00, went okay until she tried to activate the 4th GC. The system crashed and was locked up tight. The manager was called up and she said there was no way to reset the system. My CC had already been charged, so we had a mess. The manager had to refund me cash for the last GC. I drove 3 miles to another DG, used the cash to buy a $500.00 GC and decided what the heck, purchased one additional $500.00 GC for good measure. I plan to use these GCs, along with my military discount, to purchase a new ZTR lawn mower at Lowes. Thanks OP.

Is it regional or somehow i cannot see it? Advt does not show 15% off in 08691 zip code. Saw other cards with 20% off though.
