Just bought it. Read the Reddit threads and they convinced me. Not sure what the difference is between the two links though. Both say they're waterproof, but one has fewer pockets?

Where do you see the specs for the temperature rating on the Sam's club jacket people in the reviews are saying that it's not good past freezing

Those temperature ratings mean exactly zero and they have no relation across brands. I've worn both.

This is BY FAR a better deal and a better jacket than the $99 Eddie Bauer deal going on. This is also far warmer than the Eddie Bauer jacket. On Eddie Bauer's site, those climate ratings are under "moderate physical activity". They are not accurate and will vary by person.

This is much warmer and I would honestly not recommended it for anything over 20F. It's very warm and this is for cold climates.
