Great deal but the 6 series 65" for $799 is a better deal. Still $550 for a TCL 70" is excellent.

Never owned a TCL, but my Vizio m series dead 3 days ago only after 2 years' light use. Better get some warranty for these types of TVs. Just for a peace of mind.

I own a TCL TV and it luckily crap out right before the 3 years warranty I purchased. It got fixed and went on craigslist. So definitely recommend buying warranty for when you need that TLC (Tender Loving Care) fix. Peace

I've had my 65" TCL for over 2 years with no problems. Well that's not entirely true, if the tv is on for a longtime (like all day for the dog) I might have to turn it off and back on. The Roku apps sometimes lag and that'll resolve it.

I have had a Vizio 43" since June 2017 that is on 10 hrs a day and still running strong 4+ years later. Bought it as Walmart refurb for $170 back then. I want it to break now so I can get the TCL 5 series QLED. Lol

I disagree. Clunky remotes and sluggish controls in my experience with Vizio. The Android TV aspect outweighs most of the features of any Vizios and TCL panels have been proven to be higher quality on some models.

Have owned two now & still very solid with mild useage towards the evening. Used a lot more during pandemic & did have to restart it to connect to my WiFi again, but I loved the TV. My research showed TCL to be a very reliable brand & has been around for a great while, they're not new to the game at all. To all the folks who buy TVs from BF & whatnot, I've noticed their Samsung's have more issues within 2-3 years, including super sensitive panels during moves & dead spots. Moving forward, I would get another TCL but I too would get the 6 series over this 4 series. That's what I bought 3 years ago & I feel like it's aged now, but great starter / spare room TV.
