Can you tell me how you contacted them ? support at lgpartnerstore.com and lgpartnersmall.com both seem unresponsive.
It's using their support email. Reached out for cancellation and shipping delays. When I tried to call them, I was always asked to email them as they can't handle orders through this site.

It's strange, lets me create with gmail acct but then login page says account not found. I'm not sure if there's a secondary check of the email at the login page.
I'm thinking the groupId used is crossChecked with your email domain at login..

How long are people seeing shipping times? I was able to place an order about 2 weeks ago. My credit card was charged about 4 days after placing the order but the status shows processing still and when I call they tell me it's back ordered.

Not sure about you guys but I had really terrible experience with LG Partner mall for both of my orders. They agreed to cancel one of the orders after multiple calls but they still haven't refunded it yet. The other one got delivered but the TV was defective out of the box and I have been trying for past one month to get it replaced.

Maybe you can dispute the charge with your CC provider assuming that TV was not delivered. Have you tried the warranty service to fix your TV?

For the one which was cancelled but not refunded, CC company (citi) is asking for cancellaton email which the b@st@rds @LG partner mall haven't even sent. They just don't respond to emails and no way to call them directly. If i call LG support, they communicate with them through emails too and it just gets lost there.

I feel bad for you. I have canceled my order too but the cancelation went through on the website. So didn't have to go through the hassle of calling them.
I'd suggest reaching out to their social media handles and as a last resort, leave a complaint to the LG President's office. It worked for me on an issue I had with Samsung for several days. Good luck!
