The most effective teeth cleaning would be to employ both the use of standard floss and water flossers. Standard floss provides a safe surface to reach into crevices of teeth and provide friction. The water flosser can be used to release the loosened material from the standard floss. I wouldn't recommend doing this on a daily basis, but the water flossers do have their use.
