I hesitated and missed out on the 2018 sale; I guess I will always regret that

Seems like a fine deal to me this year, just based on a cursory glance you can get the manta kit (tools only not bundle) for only $5 more than in 2019, and those 2018 prices ain't coming back soo....

The free shipping threshold was also at $25 (2019) rather than $50 (2021) so there's that issue too.

These are good tools worth the retail price - the lifetime warranty is also quite nice, and speaks to their confidence in their product.

I can't gush enough to people about the quality of these tools. I've worked on computers for many years and the main set my girlfriend bought for me a few years ago is probably my most go-to set for almost everything.

Yesterday I used it to disassemble a dyson fluffy attachment. It used star bits I had no idea, but of course this set had the exact bit.

The only criticism I'll say for the set is the picks could be a little more resilient, but since they replace anything due to use for free, it's somewhat of a minor annoyance (and you get enough that you can get some replacements while still working on whatever)

Definitely a buy it for life set, so when you think about it like that, these prices are great.

I have the Pro Tech toolkit for reference

Totally agree. In tech circles these are known to be great tools. You feel the quality when you work.
