One-year= the first time you try and use it, and realize it is worthless and doesn't work… then try and get a refund and they refuse. Scam
For $17 it's a pretty small price to pay for one of life's little mistakes. In my experience, it's the best working VPN with the least issues I've had out of my previous two VPNs.
Note: when I first installed on my computer, none of the servers would connect, so I online-chatted with Customer Support who gave me a different link to download and reinstall the latest version. Since then, all good.
