Thanks I did the same, customer service ordered it for me. Didn't even need the $10 filler so it was $90-40 = $50 total. Canceled my previous order after.

I tried the live chat and the customer service rep asked me for my last name + address to check if I was sent an email for the $40 code (she mentioned that it's targeted) and she was unable to apply it manually to my account Frown

Good on you for being persistent because I don't think it's targeted. It says its a promotion on one of their information pages.

Edit: Meant to respond on your comment when you were able to get the deal with another representative.
