Unless you need one right now, I would recommend waiting to see if Amazon does another 20%-40% warehouse deal on their used stock of these.

I was able to pick one up for under $50 last time around.

Yeah, you can goto Amazon's listing for it and see that the current warehouse prices are at this price point. These will sometimes fall within the eligibility of the 20% - 40% promotional pricing when Amazon offers those (not currently though)

Looks like it's 1 year from DJI and a separate warranty from eBay through Allstate for warranty refurbished items.

Used very good on Amazon is $76 but probably a better return policy .. tempted as I am going to Mexico in December to try it out

Tempting. Hear this one and the 5 struggle with the iPhone 13 Pro Max. This one is a good bit better, making it harder to bring around. It does have a larger battery than the 5 but who is really using these things for hours and hours on end?

The OM 4SE and OM5 come with the new mount that hold the phone better. This is OM4 that comes with the smaller mount.

What I do is I add items that I'm willing to wait for in a "warehouse list" on Amazon and whenever SD alerts me to an active warehouse promotion then I'll just go down my list to see if any item gets a 20% or 40% discount.

I'd wearily trust, since this refurb is coming from the manufacturer. However the clamp is unreliable on plus-sized phones (anything bigger than a 12/13 Pro). A thrust of the gimbal will knock it off, even with the magnet. The ring attachment is a little bit more security but must be precisely placed otherwise it will also be off balance. They suggest you put it on an uncased phone, I put it on a case phone and that lasted me about 4 months.
