Great deal. I was able to get the 21 degree framing nailer and 15 ga. finish nailer for around $120 each last year when they had clearanced some of these tools.

Both work great and are really handy. I used the framing nailer to put on some new roof sheathing on my house recently. Bump fire is pretty quick. Not quite as fast as a pneumatic but fast enough. Really nice not having to drag out the compressor, particularly indoors with the finish nailer.

I ended up selling most of my 20v DeWalt tools and moved over to metabo. Seem to find better deals on metabo tools at Lowes than DeWalt. I have some of the metabo 36v stuff now too and really like it. 36v batteries work on 18v tools as well.

Good deal if you need both. Already own a ryobi 18g Brad nailer, but I do need the framing nailer.
Wish this was hackable.
Or if ryobi made a framing nailer....

I wished the 30-degree had the bonus 18 ga, but I could get over it for this deal.

I had finally decided to go with Dewalt 20v framing nailer, but now I'm second guessing, and may go in with the Metabo system.

My price research says this is normally $430, in case anyone is wondering. Also same price on Amazon and elsewhere

Big Sky Tool [bigskytool.com] has the framing nailer pretty cheap, if you don't mind refurbished and you don't need the brad nailer.

The BigSkyTool is the NR1890DRM, and the one from Lowes is the newer NR1890DRSM. Doubt there is much of a difference, and as you stated, the refurbished one is the way to go if the 18 ga is not needed.

Just FYI the 18ga is the newest 30% smaller and lighter than the huge original 18ga.

Wonder if the pressurized gas has been serviced.

$319 for reconditioned....you'd be better off buying the combo new and selling the brad nailer on ebay

Got mine from BigSkyTool refurbed 3 years ago for 200 bucks for a construction project. No issues all and still going strong. That said I'd have no regrets paying this much if it wasn't available refurbed at the time. You also save a bunch not having to buy a compressor to run this.

Only thing to watch out for is these units are HEAVY and pack a punch. First time using it my hand was numb after about 15 minutes of continuous nailing, but that's the trade off for going cordless.
