TLDR, does this work and make sense for existing TM customers on a 2-line $70/mo Magenta plan looking to upgrade their aging TM phones to whatever low-end phone Costco's TM booth currently sells? If this gets us 2 new free or really cheap 5G phones, it's worth it as we're happy with TM and not looking to switch carriers. It's just our 3+ year old 4G J7's that are showing their age and in need of a refresh, but otherwise we're not power phone users.

so are you saying don't combine the bogo with the $300 offer? For the $300 we just need to keep the line until the rebate, the same for the bogo. But if we combine the two it won;'t work?

LOL this will surely not work for lines added a few weeks back through Costco right?

I combined this offer and 720$ BOGO for iphone 13. Got them for very cheap with this offer.

existing tmobile so upgraded one line amd added one new line to get two iphone 13 with 720$ rebate.

then added two more lines (BOGO on lines if you are on magenta) so eligible for. 300$ * 2 costco cards.

i paid around 1550$(with taxes) for two iphones and you get total 1320$ rebate so 230$ for two iphone 13

you need to pay tmobile for two lines and keep it till you get all rebates
Is this only for Magenta Max that's why you had to upgrade 1 line? Thanks.

So basically, you have 4 lines. Your existing line then for BOGO added another line (so total 2 here) then you added another 2 for $300GC each. Please help.

I was on Essentials with five lines on it, as i can't add more than 6 lines on it rep suggested to move to magenta. Upgrade of one line is needed for BOGO offer

Is this also true for non BOGO lines? As in what if I add two new lines to get $300 gift card per line, and cancel the lines after gift card?
They can't take a line away if you are already canceling it. However, if you added something ELSE after getting the BOGO lines, but before you cancel them, that something else with have the "same number of lines" requirement, and you are about to subtract 2. If you did have a "something else", I would call them and ask how how your account would be affected.

Right. Stacking both BYOD's should only work if you sign up for new lines today.

The BYOD from Costco is not a generic code, you get a unique code at checkout to use on Costco's rebate portal.

If you buy a phone from Costco you get a generic TMO code to use, e.g. COSTCO2021APPLEBUY2P2 for $720 off 2 iPhones. These are processed through TMO's rebate portal.

1) You don't need 2 Costco accounts (I don't know if Costco allows two simultaneous accounts with same name and address)

2) you can sign up for one T-Mobile account with 4 new lines and two BOGO promotions (4 phones in total) and get two $720 credits (if that's what you intend to do with 4 lines)

Thanks for the info. Really appreciate it.
Can you clarify #2?
Tmobile offer on costco gives $300 per line but is limited to 2 lines as per their terms. So I was thinking of doing 2 separate tmobile accounts with 2 lines each. Not aware of BOGO promotion on costco.
Thanks!

I don't think this is completely accurate. The BYOD-for the $300/line shop card Promo Code changes frequently (not the code for Buying New Phones). Previously the code changed about every two weeks. The code I got in Oct and Nov M00005630 (same for everyone during this period) says it stays the same until 12/31/21. However the current promo good untiol 12/2/21 may be different. Someone who has signed up since Nov 26th for the Costco $300 card offer, Please post the current Promo Code so we will know if it is different.
This is the number from the upper right hand corner of your rebate form.
