If you don't need it now, they clear this out close to Christmas day for a buck in store. I got a bunch last year each for $1.

Unfortunately if one LED fails, all of them will stop working just FYI

There's another FP deal about Sylvania lights for 7.98 that stay lit even if several fail or completely taken out.

Besides, having used GE for years, I can tell that these lights don't more than a year or two. One or more bulbs will fail rendering the whole string unusable (you'll use up the spares pretty quickly).

They go out in sections, not the whole strand. I have 12 of these around my flagpole to make a Christmas tree.

I just bought 12 packages of these lights. They do have a flicker when looking at them up close but I do not notice it when looking at them from across the room.
