I own a "boutique" RV microfiber company; we've been around since 1997.
The more polyamide a towel has, the softer it will feel. But with more softness comes less durability.
A 70/30 blend is good for washing or polishing. An 80/20 blend is better for washing or drying.
If your towels Polyester (the first number) becomes greater than 80, say 85/15...you shouldn't really use that type of towel on a clear coat finish. Too much polyester may cause swirl marks in the finish.

How are these compared to what they sell at costco besides the fact that these are bigger 24x16 vs 16x16. The ones at costco work really well.

I used both, the Costco and this. Just grab the Costco one. Cheaper and it wash off better. This towel, after one wash, you basically can not wash anything that stuck in it. Lint free only on first use.

I agree with you on the lint, but 4.7 out of 5 stars on 11k reviews is not terrible lol.

If you follow the washing instructions on the towel it recommends using a microfiber detergent. Game changer!
